Our company

Established in 2015, KAS Building & Maintenance Ltd trades as KAS Carpentry Contractors, delivering carpentry and joinery for commercial and residential projects.

Over the years, we have completed a wide range of projects and built strong working relationships with customers, contractors and the people we work alongside. Our approach is straightforward: understand the requirements, communicate clearly and take pride in the work we deliver.

We welcome individual installations, smaller carpentry works and larger subcontract packages, with labour only and supply and fit arrangements available to suit the agreed scope.

Experience behind the business

Nerijus Kaseta, Owner & Director

As the owner of KAS, I bring more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including hands-on carpentry, working foreman duties and site supervision.

I understand the practical demands of site work and the importance of having people you can rely on. I value honesty, loyalty and lasting working relationships, and I aim to earn trust through the way we work: keeping our word, taking responsibility and treating people and their properties with respect.

I remain closely involved in the business, helping organise our teams, coordinate the work and maintain clear communication throughout each project.

How we work on site

Site supervision and management

We supervise and coordinate our carpentry teams and can also provide site management when required. We have the training, qualifications and practical experience to take on this responsibility, with clear communication throughout the project.

Safe working

RAMS, appropriate PPE and safe working practices agreed before we start.

Working to specification

Installation to drawings, specifications and manufacturer instructions.

Quality Assurance & Aftercare

We check our work throughout installation and address agreed snags at handover. Warranty support and aftercare for work completed by KAS follow the agreed project scope and contract terms.
